AS I LAY DYING Confirmed For OZZFEST 2005

Incomparable hardcore outfit As I Lay Dying will play Ozzfest 2005.
The news comes as the band, who straddle the metal and hardcore scenes, rubber stamp a solid reputation as one of the most dedicated and accomplished bands on the circuit.
The band have just finished recording a new album for release on Metal Blade Records, which is widely expected to be the label's highest Billboard Top 200 debut in the label's history."
As I lay Dying’s live curriculum really cranks up a gear this year, with extensive tours and a plethora of prestigious festivals already confirmed.
They are confirmed for the New England Metalfest 2005 and will be a main-stage headliner at the Cornerstone Festival in Florida. They play the UK’s Download festival in June 2005.
The band is about to start a headline US tour with support from Throwdown, All That Remains and Winter Solstice.
At Ozzfest, the ultimate event for hardcore and metal enthusiasts across the globe, As I Lay Dying will play the same stage as Rob Zombie and Killswitch Engage, featuring 3rd on the bill.
Given the form they are currently displaying, and the success of their recorded material, there’s every chance that they will steal the show.
